Your First Visit:
Welcome to one of Regina’s newest Dental Clinics! We want to invite you into our relaxed, state of the art dental studio, which allows us the opportunity to get to know each other and fully assess your oral health. We ask that you please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the New Patient forms and enjoy a complimentary water. If you prefer you may complete all forms prior to your appointment:
We pre-book appointments as well as reserve time daily for any immediate care/emergencies that may arise.
Dental Benefits
Our team is happy to assist you with submitting your information to your insurance company, and with most benefits plans we can do this electronically online, provided we have the correct information such as your Group or Policy number and Certificate or Identification number. Another helpful hint is to know what your plans covers percentage wise for both Basic Dental Treatment, and Major Dental Treatment. We will gladly discuss payment options.
Please understand that any questions pertaining to your insurance benefits should be directed to the insurance company, ex. Canada Life, Blue Cross, Sunlife, etc. We recommend you get a full breakdown of your coverage of benefits and yearly maximums. This information can be accessed on the policy holder’s website or referring back to the plan booklet from the insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
We at YQR Dental Studio, understand that a situation may arise in which you must cancel or change your appointment. In such situations, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to change and/or cancel appointments. Your appointment(s) are important to our team. With advance notice, it will allow our team to adjust their schedules accordingly. Failure to cancel your appointment or by not showing up for your appointment reserves YQR Dental Studio the right to charge you a fee for the time lost.
