Welcome to one of Regina's newest Dental Clinics! We want to invite you into our relaxed, state of the art dental studio, which allows us the opportunity to get to know each other and fully assess your oral health. We ask that you please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the New Patient forms and enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or water. If you prefer you may complete all forms prior to your appointment:

• Medical History
• Dental History

We pre-book appointments as well as reserve time daily for any immediate care/emergencies that may arise.

Our team is happy to assist you with submitting your information to your insurance company, and with most benefits plans we can do this electronically online, provided we have the correct information such as your Group or Policy number and Certificate or Identification number. Another helpful hint is to know what your plans covers percentage wise for both Basic Dental Treatment, and Major Dental Treatment. We will gladly discuss payment options.

Please understand that any questions pertaining to your insurance benefits need to be directed to the actual insurance company, ex. Great West Life, Blue Cross, Sunlife, etc. Due to the privacy act they do not allow our office to call and ask questions directly. Also, they do not provide us with a breakdown of your insurance. We recommend you get a full breakdown of your coverage of benefits, and yearly maximums. You can access this information on the policy holder’s website or referring back to the manual you were provided with from the insurance company.
